Andy was humbled to have been awarded the Doc Sam during Race Week. There are some incredible names on this thing.
Spring 2017. Several Angisinians attended the Sea Survival course hosted by WYC. Two days of intense training preparing for what we all hope we'll never need. In a more light-hearted moment, we all managed a smile from inside the raft,
March 2016. It's official - Angisina is registered to compete in the Chicago Mackinac race in July.

June 2015: Start of the Duluth to Bayfield Race under leaden skies, cold temps, but with breeze. Finished at 02:18:18 Sunday morning. Provisionally 4th place.
May 2015: Galeforce winds on 5/10 force us to abandon plans to launch. Rescheduled for 5/16.
May 2015: hatch success! all 6 bolts lined up perfectly. The best $20 I ever spent. Hakki, I still owe you dinner.
January 2015: Winter is upon us. Angisina is swaddled in 2-3-feet of snow in her winter hibernation. However planning for the 2015 season is well under way. The new spinnaker is on order, a replacement hatch is on the way, and parts for the dock grill are also on order!
Dobson Regatta 2017. Nice shot from our neighbors Kevin and Paula. Tough regatta results.
August 2017: Kathleen, Mason, Katelin, and Andy raced to Silver Bay. Pursuit race format. We chased No Trespassing all the way to the harbor entry. Dick said if they say the whites of our eyes, he'd have launched the kite regardless of the angle. Great BBQ at the marina. Then tourist trip to Split Rock before an "adventurous" trip back to Bayfield.
Spring 2017. Always a nervous time.Good job Kenny and crew know what they're doing. Thanks to all who came up to help get ready for the season.
March 2016. The pre-season maintenance planning has started. This year, we'll have new LED Nav lights. Less power consumption, more illumination.
